Reason for choosing Sevilla Connections Trip: Have been to Parque Este twice and want to continue the work & support
Prayer request for this trip: That God would further connect the lives of our two sister churches.
What ice cream flavor best describes your personality?: Plain vanilla ice cream. I don't care about the flavor so much. I would just want to be that free ice cream like they have at Jason's Deli.
Ben Foltz
Hometown: Red Lion, PA
Occupation: General Contractor
Years at Buckhead Church: Went to [sister church] North Point for the first time in college to see Clay Scroggins preach a few times. Been going to Buckhead regularly for a little over a year now.
Reason for choosing Sevilla Connections trip: It was on one of my 2009 new year's resolutions to go on a mission trip to a Spanish speaking country.
Prayer request for trip: for our trip to have a positive impact on the folks over in Sevilla and to help grow their church and faith.
If you could have any super power, what would it be & why?: I already have quite a few of them! But if I had to add another to the fold, I'd want to able to fly. I'd get to see more of God's green Earth, and wouldn't have to sit in traffic anymore!

Reason for picking Sevilla Connections Trip: Time of year (less real estate sold in the fall) and the opportunity to be a part of a prayer trip. I'm excited to see where God takes this trip!
Prayer request for trip: We focus on God's will and serving the church in Sevilla.
If you had to lose ability of one of your 5 senses, which one would you give up & why?: Hearing. I've already lost half of it, so I am pretty good at smiling and shaking my head when I can't hear someone!

Reason for choosing Sevilla Connections Trip: I wanted to go on my first mission trip this year in order to serve others outside of the US and connect with a partner church
Prayer request for this trip: That God will lead us to serve where our partner church in Sevilla needs us most, and to make the people in the church and community feel loved
What is a secret talent/trick you have/can do and how did you discover that you have it/ can do it?: I can consume an entire Chipotle Burrito Bowl in one sitting multiple times a week...and sometimes with chips too. I discovered this talent (or should we say obsession?) when I moved to an office that was next to a Chipotle.

Reason for choosing Sevilla Connections trip: I speak pretty fluent Spanish so I wanted to pick a trip where I could effectively communicate with the people
Prayer request for trip: for God to use us to do His works and for the Parque Este congregation to garner strength and energy from us
What is your music guilty pleasure?: I was a huge NSYNC fan. I had all their albums, including the Christmas one and I went to all of their concerts. I guess this is why I'm a big Justin Timberlake fan now!

Reason for choosing Sevilla Connections trip: I went on a trip last year to Parque este church and loved it. I've seen first hand how this experience changes the lives of people. I can't wait to see what God has in store for all of us.

If you could describe yourself as a shoe, what would it be?: A cowboy boot. I love nature and horses!
